Hello! Now I am seven! For my birthday I got some Swahili books and some African flip flops and a dress made from a Khanga. Ruth gave me huge chocolate buttons that turned into a big chocolate bar! Yummy! With my birthday money, I went to the Sisters shop and bought a blue batik hair band. We went into town and went to check our post box. The post takes a long time! Then we went to Hasty Tasty for samosas and sodas! After lunch we got ready for my Simba and Friends party! I had a lion cake (the lions had done a poo on the cake! Grandma sent little chocolate balls to decorate with). We made animal biscuits and animal sandwiches. The Galvins and Laura came to my party. We had a safari hunt outside and played Pin the Tail on the Lion. Speditio came for tea too. It was lots of fun! Thank you for all your messages! I love reading messages!

Check the Swahili page to find out what siku ya kuzaliwa means (a clue: siku means day).
We're glad your birthday was a roaring success.
