Pulleys, Levers and Wheels (by Amisadai)

At school I am learning about Forces and Movement . We made a flag pole with a tanzanian flag on a pulley. I made it out of 2 old cds and a toilet roll with a stick for the axle. You can try it at home!

We made a seesaw which is a type off Lever. It was a force magnifier for lifting heavy buckets.

This week we are learning about wheels and ramps and here are some photos of me and Louisa on wheels! Louisa has been learning to ride her bike with two wheels - NO stabilizers!!!

  1. Well done Louisa.
I hope that Amisadai had stabilisers still on when riding the motorbike.

  2. What a lot of learning going on! That's what I call wheel science lessons; the ones I had as a little boy were wheely unwheel.
